Hadden Cottage is an 1860 end of terrace cottage situated in the large village of Briston, North Norfolk just four miles from the Georgian town of Holt and eight miles from Blakeney and the north Norfolk coast.

The cottage has two double bedrooms with a sofa bed in the extensive kitchen/diner. There is a secure and secluded sun trapped garden, with its decking at the rear for that glass of wine at the end of the day. There is off road parking at the rear of the cottage for two cars.

On the ground floor is a sitting room with open log fire, 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs, leather swivel chair, small wicker chair, coffee table and nest of tables, TV with Freeview, DVD and CD players. An inner hall has bathroom/wc with a separate shower cubicle and Utility boiler room leading to the large spacious kitchen/dining room with patio door to the garden. There is a pine table with seating for 6 and a sofa bed. Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and radio.

On the first floor are the 2 bedrooms - one double with TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, and one twin with 2ft 6in beds that can be made up as a double. Wardrobe, chest of drawers. Heating and hot water by oil fired boiler. Electric power shower. 2 well-behaved dogs accepted by arrangement.
