Situated just 2.5 miles inland, it is within easy reach of beaches at Heacham, Holme next the Sea, Brancaster and Holkham Bay. Five miles from the beautiful Georgian Village of Burnham Market, and within easy reach of Hunstanton, Wells, Holt and Sandringham.

The cottage is to be found away from the main road, in a peaceful location surrounded by open undulating countryside. It fronts Peddars Way which leads onto the historic North Norfolk coastal path walk. This traditional stone cottage has been sympathetically furnished throughout:
