The King William IV pub is 5-10 minutes walk away serving hearty meals, with a big log burning stove indoors and outdoor dining gazebo. Sedgeford is situated within a designated area of outstanding beauty, just minutes from the sea and some of the most stunning beaches in the UK. Situated just 2.5 miles inland, it is within easy reach of beaches at Heacham, Holme next the Sea and Brancaster. Five miles from the beautiful Georgian Village of Burnham Market, and within easy reach of Holkham Hall and Sandringham.

The cottage is to be found away from the main road, surrounded by open undulating countryside. It fronts Peddars Way, the historic North Norfolk coastal path walk. The traditional 200yr old stone cottage has been sympathetically refurbished throughout. Through the stable door is a small kitchen with Butlers sink and wooden worktop, electric cooker & microwave, fridge freezer. Also downstairs is a shower room with wide shower cubicle with slate tiling, hand sink & wc. The living room has a woodburning stove, 22 inch flat screen TV, Playstation 2 (doubles up as DVD player), plenty of comfortable seating and dining table and chairs. The Back door opens out onto an attractive enclosed garden with wooden table & four chairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms - the large Master bedroom with double bed and a twin bedded room suitable for 2 children up to 12 years of age or one adult (sloping ceiling). Outside, front is parking for up to two cars.
