The house has stunning views across to Scolt Head island, and stands in over an acre of land which extends down to the salt marshes and harbour. Brancaster has miles of lovely sandy beaches, and is an excellent area for bird watching, painting, sailing and walking.

The house has five bedrooms (2 dbl, 2 twin, 1 triple - one with en-suite shower / wc), two further bathrooms, large sitting room with open fire, dining room, sunroom, cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine, and balcony overlooking harbour across to Scolt Head.
