Prawle is the southernmost Point of Devon. The cottage is one of a row of nine built around 1900 to service the look-out station at Prawle Point. It has sitting room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bathroom and two bedrooms (one dbl, one twin). The cottages are on their own about 400 yards from the sea, with magnificent sea and coastal views. They are 1 mile from East Prawle village, just 12 miles south of Kingsbridge, the principal town of the South Hams. Children and pets welcome.
