Hilton Farmhouse and holiday cottages are set in 25 rural acres with panoramic views of unspoilt countryside and the sea, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Superbly positioned on the Devon and Cornwall borders, they are just 2 miles from sandy, surfing beaches and quiet coastal hamlets. The cottages and farmhouse share use of the superb outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, together with the kids activity area, BBQ / picnic area and, from June 2003, an all-weather tennis court.

The Farmhouse has five bedrooms (2 dbl ensuite, 1 dbl, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedded) plus a family bathroom to sleep up to 10 people. It has a large character lounge with slate floors and woodburner, dining room with farmhouse table to seat 12, and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher.

Six of the cottages are tastefully restored and fully equipped barn conversions, sleeping between 2 to 6 people. The remaining three cottages have been newly built to a luxury specification, and are sympathetically constructed to blend with the existing 16th and 18th century cottages. These cottages sleep 4,6 and 7 people.
