Cottage clean with plenty room for 2 people. We enjoyed an active week exploring the farm and the shoreline by Loch Awe. A real treat to see the Ospreys and hear the call of the Curlew and the divers. Evenings spent star/moon gazing from the comfort of our armchairs - yes all in all a very good simple holiday

The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. The kids enjoyed the Sealife Centre and a pony ride. We explored a bit and found some nice beaches. We all enjoyed the good weather and the delicious shortbread!

Catriona and Isabella, what can I say?
Catriona was very pleasant and helpful in all e-mails and face to face conversations we had.
Stable was very clean, very tidy with comfortable furnature and excellent bed. The kitchen was also very clean and, I must say, very well equiped.
The views from the windows, early morning and sunset, were absolutely stunning and I can honestly say that my wife and myself, have never stayed anywhere better than here, we didn't want to go home at the end of the week but I do have one complaint - five stars are not enough to rate this delightful place.
Many thanks and best wishes to you both.

We can highly recommend Blarghour Farm as a wonderfully peaceful place to stay.We first found it 20 years ago and have been back to holiday there every year since. The farm draws us back with a genuinely warm welcome, the highest quality of comfort and accommodation, and its beautiful location with commanding views overlooking one of the finest freshwater lochs in Scotland. All of our interests are catered for around the farm and surrounding area. We can enjoy hill walking, photography, relaxation, bird and other wildlife study, island-hopping on the west coast, and wandering among the richest concentration of historical sites in Scotland. As the farm faces west over Loch Awe, the sunsets through the seasons are spectacular. As you sit in the quality comfort of the Stable and watch the sun go down over sparkling water you will not want to leave.
