This charming single storey three bedroom period flint and brick cottage is set in a secluded position, in the centre of the Norfolk coastal village of Brancaster, within walking distance of the beach and golf course. The area is very popular for birdwatching, walking, sailing and other watersports.

The cottage is over 150 years old, but has recently been refurbished throughout to a high standard by its interior designer owner. The accommodation comprises dining area with stone floor, leading through to the kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The comfortable and stylish living room has a gas-fired burner / stove, sofa and armchairs, tv and video. There are three bedrooms (one double, one twin, one with twin bunks), a family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wc and marble-topped basin and a separate wc. Outside, there is a south-facing garden and patio area enclosed by a high wall and thus very safe for children - as well as being ideal for sitting out and barbecuing!!
