The
villa is situated in a quiet residential area with a beautiful pool
shared with a small number of similar villas. The pool is adjacent to
the rear garden, with easy access. There are wonderful views of the
sea as the villa enjoys an elevated position and is set back about ½
mile from the coast. The villa also boasts a patio, exited from the
lounge, and a large solarium. It is approximately 30 minutes drive from
Malaga airport and enjoys easy access to the many local Spanish beaches.

With
three bedrooms, the villa will comfortably accommodate up
to six people. All rooms have fans and radiators for

there are 2 private well cared for gardens, front
and back, with the back garden opening on to the swimming
pool via a garden gate. The patio enjoys an awning
option which can be extended to cover most of the
area if desired. Full patio furniture is supplied
with sun-loungers for the roof terrace. There are
superb sea views. Off street parking is available. |

Area |
There are a couple of good restaurants within easy
walking distance and many more a short drive away. All that Marbella
has to offer is only approximately 10 miles away as is Fuengirola
in the other direction. You can enjoy a friendly local market within
a short drive. A 25 minute drive away is the wonderful pueblo style
village of Mijas with its superb views. For the children there are
numerous fine, sandy beaches within a short drive.
If
you are staying in winter, you are about a 2½ hour drive from
the skiing resorts of the Sierra Nevada. The Costa del Sol is
also aptly named the Costa del Golf and there are simply too many
courses to name that are in easy reach. It could also be named
the Costa del Tennis due to the abundance of courts and clubs
where you would be welcome to join in and hire a court.
The
Club del Sol ia only a 10 minute walk away and offers both hard
and clay tennis courts, paddle tennis, squash and a gymnasium,
all on a pay and play basis. |
