Molino Balastrera is a recently converted historic corn mill set in a peaceful location in olive and citrus country. Set in beautiful and quiet Andalucian countryside near Periana, between the towns of Malaga and Granada, it is an ideal location for simply unwinding, yet only 1 hour from Granada airport, and 45 minutes from Malaga airport and the coast. The patio and pool are for the exclusive use of guests.

Villa Accommodation

The villa has a spacious interior, which retains original features such as the mill workings. The villa provides the ideal hideaway - set in a valley of olives and citrus trees in the Andalucian countryside.

The living / dining room / kitchen is open-plan, comprising:-

Living area with seating for 6, Satellite TV, video, radio, CD player, board games, books, videos and DVD player.
Dining area with table and chairs for eight;
Fully equipped kitchen including hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron & board, toaster and coffee maker.

There are three bedrooms - two doubles and one twin - and two shower rooms, one of which is ensuite.

The rooms have either ceiling or free standing fans, as well as room heaters for cooler periods.

Outside, there is a balcony, terrace, garden, barbecue, private pool, washing line, parking and patio with garden furniture.

Things To Do

There are many attractions within easy reach, including the National Park of El Torcal at Antequera and the cities of Granada and Seville. Guests have exclusive use of the pool, set in a patio commanding good views of the surrounding countryside.

Local sports cycling, walking, horse riding, go-karting, snow skiing, swimming, bird watching, flora & fauna.
