The centrally heated detached bungalow is situated in the old seaside village of Bacton approximately 6 miles east of the market town of North Walsham. It is ideally situated for those holidaymakers who like either a quiet relaxing holiday, or those who prefer a more adventurous holiday. Situated between two areas of outstanding natural beauty, the world famous Norfolk Broads are 7 miles to the south, and the unspoilt North Norfolk coast to the north. There are various National Trust stately homes and gardens well worth a visit,within easy reach.

Bacton's excellent sandy beach lies 150 yards from the property, and easily walked within a few minutes. There is a range of entertainment and plenty of it in the area, also restaurants and entertainment pubs close by, one within easy walking distance. There is good fishing, bird watching, sailing, and several golf courses available within easy reach of Bacton.

The accommodation is all on ground floor level, lounge, kitchen/diner, conservatory, 3 bedrooms, one double with en-suite, one double twin, and one spacious single, plus a cot available if required by arrangement. Bathroom with bath and shower over, wash-basin and W.C. Ample parking for two vehicles. 37" TV, DVD player, electric hob & oven, fridge freezer, washing & dishwasher machines, microwave.

Outside is a safe, fully enclosed "Sun-trap" garden with patio area and garden furniture. One well behaved dog welcome! Smoking allowed in the garden only! Choose a holiday here, and you will not be disappointed!

Bacton, is situated on the North Norfolk coast, which boasts many unspoilt beaches, conservation areas, and wildlife reserves. Seven miles to the south of the property are the famous Norfolk Broads.

Local facilities in Bacton include three public houses, all of which have entertainment and restaurants, 2 grocery stores, 2 fish & chip shops, achinese buffet/take-away, post office, and a children’s playground.
