	This four bedroom luxury villa is part of a small complex of villas perched on a hill overlooking the charming town of Moraira, Costa Blanca and the sea. The villa has four / five bedrooms and three bathrooms - one of which is ensuite. The villa has use of the large recently refurbished communal pool, which never really gets busy, due to the complex being so small and there being many permanent residents.

The Villa

The luxury villa has a bright, airy feel, with four / five bedrooms and three bathrooms, to accommodate up to eight people. It has a large and airy open plan sitting / dining room, with SatelliteTV, video, DVD, Hi fi, fireplace and patio doors opening on to one of the two terraces. Adjacent to the living room is the fully fitted kitchen, which includes cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc; a washing machine is also provided. The Master bedroom on the ground floor has an en suite bathroom and patio doors opening out onto a large terrace.

On the second floor there are two twin bedrooms and bathroom. Also a double with en suite bathroom. There is also a large room which can be used as either another bedroom or sitting room - ideal for the children to watch the portable TV or bring their own games consoles and leave you in peace.

Outside, there are two terraces - one with patio table and chairs, sun shade and barbecue, the other with sun loungers around the jacuzzi.

The large communal swimming pool has been recently refurbished, and is never very busy even during the peak seasons, since there are only 19 villas on the complex, and many have permanent residents.

Moraira, Costa Blanca

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. It is set in a valley running down to the sea, and there are no high rise building as the majority or properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches - one is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. In the other direction from the villa is the town of Calpe which has long sandy beaches, many shops and restaurants marina and a thriving night life.

Alicante airport is approx 1 hour and fifteen minutes away and Valencia one and a half hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as the nearest bus stop is a good distance away. Calpe is 10 minutes and Javea 25 minutes away.

There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, including 8 Michelin guide rated and 3 Michelin starred restaurants. There are also a couple of night clubs.

The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spainish are very friendly. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Sealife Park.

The nearest nine hole golf course is approx 7 minutes away, with 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, peddelos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track suitable for all levels.

Bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Flexible in low season. Long Lets available from October to March/April. Arrival after 4pm departure 10am. Deposit 25% of total fee. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A car is required and can be organised on request. Also possible pick up from the airport and baby sitting on request. Cleaning surcharge for rentals of less than two weeks in the low season. Charge according to amount of guests
