Port Isaac is a small unspoilt fishing village situated on the rugged north coast of Cornwall and makes the ideal location for holidays throughout the year. As well as outstanding scenery in Britain to be enjoyed on the coastal walks there are plenty of activities to experience including pony trekking fishing or just soaking up the local atmosphere savouring the locally caught seafood a speciality in the pubs and restaurants and of course it’s the home of Doc Martin the television series.
Sailing, windsurfing and water-skiing may be experienced at Rock with several quality golf courses in the vicinity you can also catch the ferry to Padstow or if you prefer visit Wadebridge hire a bike and cycle on the Camel Trail to Padstow the home of Rick Stein and his famous Seafood Restaurant and local May Day celebrations. The blue flag beach at Polzeath is renowned for its surfing and has a beautiful sandy beach ideal for families with small children. On the south coast you can visit the remarkable Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan which are situated near St Austell and many places of historical interest Lanhydrock House and Pencarrow House are just two which are well worth exploring. |

Viddy Cottage rental prices for 2012 from £304 – £644.Weekly self-catering rental prices, for weeks commencing:-
Electricity, Bed linen and towels are included; beach towels can be rented at £2.00 per person. A deposit of one third of the total rental is required to secure provisional booking. This must be received within 14 days of making the provisional booking, in which case your reservation will then be confirmed by post; otherwise, your booking will be cancelled. (Cheques to be made payable to J.C. Richards). The final payment to be received fourteen days before your holiday commences otherwise your booking will be cancelled. Arrival time is between 15.00hrs and 17.00hrs on Saturday. |
