Situated in the village of Broadway, one of the most beautiful villages in England, this pretty Cotswold stone cottage is tastefully decorated and well-equipped, and provides the perfect base for your visit to The Cotswolds.

It is conveniently located both for exploring the Cotswolds' numerous villages, as well as being within easy reach of Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Oxford.

The comfortable Cotswold cottage is tastefully decorated and well-equipped, with two bedrooms to accommodate four people; a further fold-up bed is however available if required (at extra cost).

The Cottage

Brook Cottage is a pretty, Cotswold stone cottage, three minutes gentle walk from Broadway Village Green, with its own private parking.

The cottage is one of four and has a beautiful little south-facing garden with a brook running along the bottom of it. Please note - because of the stream at the bottom of the garden, this cottage may not be suitable for families with small children, although the stream can be fenced off if required. Note that we do not accept pets or smokers.

In detail, the cottage accommodation comprises:-

Ground Floor Accommodation

• Sitting room with electric feature fire and French doors leading into the enclosed garden and patio. The sitting room has a colour TV, video and CD player.
• Fully fitted Breakfast kitchen with electric oven and grill with gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer washer/dryer and dish washer.
• Guest cloakroom.

First Floor Accommodation

• One double and one twin bedroom. There is enough space to add an extra bed in the double bedroom if required, at a small supplement.
• Bathroom with bath and Mira shower over.

Please note that for larger groups of up to 11 people, Brook Cottage can be rented in conjunction with our other cottage adjacent, Number 2, The Old Bakery, which sleeps 4/6 people.

Situated at the Gateway to the Cotswolds, England's largest designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Broadway is one of the most beautiful villages in England. The wide High Street lined with horse chestnut trees has a mixture of period houses, picturesque honey coloured Cotswold stone cottages, Art Galleries, Antique Shops and Restaurants.

Broadway's unique location makes it an ideal base for touring the Cotswold's numerous villages and is within easy reach of Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Oxford.
