	The picturesque historic town of Fowey is a busy seaport on the south coast of Cornwall. Its narrow streets have a unique charm and the beautiful harbour is ever changing with river activity. This light and airy second floor apartment is quietly tucked away, yet in the centre of the town, close to shops, pubs and restaurants, with glimpses of the Fowey river from the lounge and kitchen windows.

The Apartment

The accommodation is light and airy with glimpses of the Fowey river from the lounge and kitchen windows. The lounge area has a two-seater sofa, occasional chair, colour TV, video and CD player, while the kitchen is fitted with a washer/dryer, gas hob/electric oven, fridge, microwave, dining table and two chairs. There is ample crockery, cutlery and utensils.

The spacious bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and leads into the en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. The apartment is centrally heated, bed linen, gas and electric are included in the rental.

The apartment is normally only rented on a weekly basis during the high season, but some weekends and short breaks may also be available, from £125. The accommodation is limited to 2 persons only, no smoking and sorry, no pets.

It is an excellent base for sailing and walking and has many literary connections including Daphne du Maurier and Sir Arthur Quiller Couch.

For those seeking quality places to wine and dine, Fowey has a wealth of cafes, pubs and award winning restaurants to suit all tastes, complimented by shops specializing in wine, fish, meats and local produce, all centrally located within a couple of minutes walk from the Spinnaker apartment.

Fowey is also ideally situated for visiting other areas and attractions in Cornwall and is within easy reach of the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Bodmin Moor.
