Brancaster is on the popular North Norfolk Coast and was originally a Roman Fortress built about 300AD as part of the coastal defences. The village is now a quiet little resort with a handsome church, a modern, well-stocked general store about a 2 minute walk along a pretty very narrow lane, and a village pub where children are welcome, and which offers good food. There are numerous high quality restaurants on your doorstep. There is a sailing school at Brancaster Staithe and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Course is at Brancaster. Burnham Market is about 3 miles away and has around 40 attractive shops.

Situated just a pleasant short walk from the beach, the cottage is at the end of a narrow lane with open farmland to the South and West. The lane is part of the North Norfolk Coastal path and all that you are liking to see passing the door are walkers, dogs and the occasional tractor. The house and garden are ideal for guests with children or dogs as the rear of the cottage is enclosed. There is a lovely light sitting room with open fire, dining area, kitchen, bathroom with bath and powerful shower, two double and one single bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Behind and to the side of the cottage is a lovely sheltered patio and private garden. The garden faces South and the patio West so provides a lovely afternoon and evening (in the Summer) sun trap. There is a garage and ample parking space for several cars. The house has central heating throughout. Please note that we accept either Monday or Friday changeovers, and Short Breaks are welcome.

This charming single storey three bedroom period flint and brick cottage is set in a secluded position, in the centre of the Norfolk coastal village of Brancaster, within walking distance of the beach and golf course. The area is very popular for birdwatching, walking, sailing and other watersports.

The cottage has four bedrooms - a Mezzanine bedroom with King size bed, and three downstairs bedrooms (one double, one single and one twin / double), together with the Family bathroom with corner bath (shower over), WC and washbasin. The front of the property is lawned with further lawn, shrubs and hedging at the rear with a patio area, having wooden garden furniture and BBQ. A fenced off, cosy dog kennel is in one corner of the rear garden and two well behaved dogs are welcome.

The stylish kitchen is extremely well equipped, with 2 ovens, 3 fridges, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer; there is also a utility room and back hall. The large sitting room has an electric fire in the open fireplace for easy holiday living, as well as Sky TV and DVD. Childrens TV room. Study. Small cloakroom. The house has 5 bedrooms - 1 with Super King size bed with ensuite and Sky TV, 3 twin bedded rooms and 1 full sized bunk bedded room. The family bathroom has bath with shower. Garage with table tennis. Outside, the enclosed garden has barbeque, table and chairs, and there is parking for 3 cars to the front/side of the house. Please note, the cottage is suitable for family groups only, and we do accept smokers, but smoking only downstairs please. Pets also welcome by request at £20 a week each.
