Overview of Sainte Foy Tarentaise
Voted as one of the Top 10 ski resorts worldwide, Ste Foy is a small resort with chalets and apartments built in traditional style, with lots of wood, slate roofs, and unlike some resorts, very little concrete!! The accommodation is generally of a higher standard than you'll find in a lot of French ski resorts, and you won't find any apartments where they try to cram you into a shoebox.
Ste Foy really is a hidden gem - one that not everyone has heard of, but once you've had a ski holiday in Sainte Foy, you'll undoubtedly want to go back, as do the majority of visitors!
Self Catering Accommodation in Ste Foy Tarentaise
You can choose between ski chalets and apartments in the resort of Ste Foy itself, or for a bit more authentic character, stay in one of the apartments in Sainte Foy village, which gives you the added benefit of being able to ski in Tignes, Val d'Isere, Les Arcs and La Plagne.

Skiing in Ste Foy Tarentaise - Superb Off-Piste - No Queues - Great for Family Ski Holidays too!!
The reason it was voted into the Top 10 was due to its fantastic off-piste skiing, which is what brings in so many ski instructors from nearby big name resorts such as Tignes, Val d'Isere on their days off! It is however also a great place for family skiing and for intermediates - the runs are quiet (even at busy periods like Half Term), the ski classes are never too big, and there are hardly ever any lift queues.
