Chalet Michelle is situated in the beautiful village of Venosc, with stunning views across the Veneon Valley to the Muzelle glacier and the Ecrins National Park. It is ideally positioned for both winter and summer activities including summer skiing on the 3500 m glacier. The resort of Les 2 Alpes is only a 7 minute gondola ride away and the town of Alpe d'Huez is 25 minutes by car. In the summer the climbing mecca of La Berarde is just up the road. Via Ferrata climbs are on the doorstep, there are numerous wonderful walking routes, white water rafting minutes away, swimming pools and horse riding.

The chalet has 3 bedrooms all with mountain views (1 dbl, 1 triple / quad, 1 quad) to sleep up to 7 adults plus 3 children. There are 3 bathrooms all with wcs, one of which is en-suite, plus a separate wc. The spacious lounge / dining area has a large open fire and sunny terrace with magnificent views. TV / video and numerous games are at your disposal on the gallery. The chalet owners Bryan & Michelle live in. During your stay they'll serve you breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course evening meal including quality wine, for six days. On their night off it is a short walk to a traditional mountain restaurant. They provide a shuttle service to and from the Venosc Telecabine (4 mins) where guests receive a 20% discount on ski passes. Social group skiing for 3 days is included and Bryan can show you the best and most challenging routes in the area including La Grave.

Les 2 Alpes is located 70km (43 miles) from Grenoble and 160km from Lyon airport.Driving time is about 2 hours from Lyon, about 20 minutes less if you fly to Grenoble. The village is set at a height of 1650m (5413ft), with the highest lift rising up to 3,568m (11,775ft). The ski area extends to 220 km with 70 pistes: 11 black, 11 red, 31 blue, 17 green, snowpark, 25km cross country plus La Grave.

Our four apartments are centrally located in the village, and provide spacious and quality accommodation - three accommodate 6 to 8 people, while the largest sleeps 8/10. All are well-equipped, including TV, DVD, Stereo, Dishwashwer, Microwave and Coffee Maker.

Les Violettes (pictured, sleeps 6/8) is situated 1 minute's walk from the Red Diable Lift and 5 minutes from the main Chandri Express gondola. Newly re-furbished, it has 2 double bedrooms, South West facing balcony and Ski Locker.

Le Cairn (sleeps 8/10) is located at the start of the resort, 3 minutes walk from the drag-lift to get to the main gondola, and opposite the chair-lift to the Pied Moutet part of the mountain. Newly refurbished, it has a south-facing balcony and three double bedrooms - one double with ensuite shower, one double and one bunk-bedded room; there is also a sofa-bed in the lounge.

L'Olympe (sleeps 6/8) is situated 7 minutes from the main Chandri Express gondola, and has 2 double bedrooms, large open plan kitchen / living room and 2 WC's.

La Residence (sleeps 6/8) is situated 5 minutes walk from the Red Diable Lift and 7 minutes from the main Chandri Express gondola. Newly re-furbished, with South West Facing Balcony, it has 2 Double bedrooms.
