Apartment 2 is one of our seven luxury apartments set in a spectacular location at the foot of the famous Les Bossons glacier, only 3 minutes drive from the centre of Chamonix. Les Bossons is located directly between the Les Houches and Chamonix ski areas - perfect for those wishing to enjoy peaceful surroundings with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Chamonix.

The chalet has been privately owned for the last 10 years by Richard and Jenny Avent, who live in one of the apartments in order to offer you the best possible personal service. Apartment 2 is a ground floor apartment which was completely renovated to a very high standard in August 2003. It has fantastic views over the Brevent side of the valley through a large picture window, and a patio area to dine outside, if weather permits, enjoying the setting sun. The apartment has an open plan layout with fully equipped kitchen area with essential utensils and cooker with oven, grill and electric hob, living area with twin/double sofa bed, and bathroom with shower and wc.

For larger groups, the studio can be rented together with our 5 other luxury apartments sleeping 4/6 and 6/8 persons. In addition, for those on a tighter budget, we can also offer our simpler 'budget' apartments, sleeping between 4 to 8 people.

These apartments are bright and compact, but have everything you need. They are kitted out with funky interiors – cool and cosy all at the same time! They all have balconies with great views of Brevent and the river Arve, and they are situated only a couple of minutes walk from the main square in Chamonix Sud. They also benefit from the numerous nearby bars, shops and restaurants that this area has to offer.

Forclaz 2: This apartment has 1 double and 1 single pull out sofa bed. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a lift in the apartment block. We even cater for your days off – there is a TV and DVD/CD/ PlayStation 2.
Forclaz 4a: Very similar to Forclaz 2, these have 2 pull out coach/double beds in the lounge, a bathroom with bath/shower and a WC, a fully equipped kitchenette and a TV and DVD/CD/PlayStation 2.
Forclaz 4b: This apartment is great for a couple or a group of 4. It is a lovely bright apartment with a double bedroom on a mezzanine level and a beautiful view to the Brevent peak. Not many apartments have as spectacular view of Mont Blanc and the Chamonix valley as this one. This apartment is situated just opposite the main ski bus transport for convenient access to the slopes. It is only a 5 minute walk to the town centre and all Chamonix Sud amenities are on the doorstep.

The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard with a bright, funky feel offering cool and cosy all at the same time! There is a double bedroom and 2 pull out double sofa beds. There is a bathroom with a bath for a nice long soak after a hard day on the slopes, with a shower over. For entertainment the apartment has a TV, CD and DVD player as well as a Playstation 2. The kitchenette is well equipped and there is also a balcony and a useful ski locker.

"Le Bothy", "Les Fraises Sauvages" and "La Remise a Megane" are situated 1 km from the village centre of Les Contamines in a quiet hamlet with stunning views of the mountains in all directions. Les Contamines is a totally unspoilt resort offering a multitude of activities in winter and summer. In winter Les Contamines is a skiers and snowboarders paradise with its reputation for excellent snow conditions from Christmas to late april. There is skiing to suit all levels from families and complete beginners to expert skiers and several cosy mountain restaurants. The village has a good selection of shops and restaurants. The chalets each consist of 2 bedrooms on the first floor (one double, one triple), downstairs is a well equipped open plan kitchen, living and dining area and bathroom. Outside is a south facing wooden deck and garden with swings (Le Bothys garden also has a childrens playhouse and tree house). The owners (Sarah is English, Bruno French) live close by and are on hand to help you make the most of your holiday with local information and advice. In winter they will help you organise lift passes, equipment hire and ski lessons.

This apartment is on a quiet side street, literally in the centre of Chamonix town, only a stone’s throw from the main square and all it’s bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment has a beautiful view of local peaks from both balconies, and is spacious enough to sleep 6 persons comfortably.

Chalet Jasmine is located adjacent to the Flegere ski area, literally 50 meters’ away from the cable car station – so no excuses for not getting to the slopes! Guests will enjoy the shops, hotel-restaurants and bars within Les Praz village, whilst the vibrant heart of Chamonix town is just a 5 minute drive or a gentle 20 minute walk along the pedestrian/cycle path alongside the river Arve.

The apartment has recently been converted to a high standard of furnishings with many luxuries such as the under floor heating, fireplace and quality modern alpine furniture. The lounge area has a TV and DVD player, chair, two sofas (which are also sofa beds) and an open fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms - a twin with south easterly views, a double aspect twin with a window looking northwards to the Flegere ski lifts and another to the east, and another twin with views towards the Flegere ski lifts. Chalet Maverick is our flagship chalet, recently renovated and located just outside Chamonix centre (Les Bossons). With 4 spacious twin / double bedrooms with en-suite bath / shower rooms and toilets, the chalet is in a peaceful spot with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks, and just a few minutes' drive from the centre of town.

The spacious and light living / dining area has a large fire place and spacious seating for 8 or more, with massive French doors and windows offering stunning Mont Blanc views. A Games Room on the ground floor provides a great 2nd living area with flat screen TV (with Sky), DVD, and Wii.

About 1 hour from Geneva, Chalet Basile is situated on the mountain side at 1250m, above the beautiful spa town of St. Gervais-les-Bains, with stunning views over the Val Montjoux and of Mont Blanc. It is just a 5 minute drive further up the mountain from the chalet to the ski schools and gondolas at Le Bettex, taking you to the slopes and magnificent scenery above Megeve. The chalet is a comfortable and well-equipped home, and sleeping 10, is ideal in size for two large families or a number of smaller groups. There is a large open-plan living and dining area, with a log fire, and TV/DVD, and an open well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. There are five double bedrooms, three with balconies, and three bathrooms. The surrounding area provides many additional skiing options - such as Les Contamines, Les Houches or Chamonix - all on the Mont Blanc pass. In summer there is some of the loveliest scenery and best walking in the whole of the Alps.

Situated 15 minutes' walk from the heart of St Gervais, Chalet Viallet offers the perfect location for your family holiday. Its elevated position on the mountainside allows incredible 180° views from its large living area and with 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, this newly renovated chalet has plenty of space for ten. Under floor heating, a wood burner and an outdoor hot tub give guests the little extras that they're often looking for. Whilst the upstairs snug with TV and Play Station 3 is perfect for the children and ensures that everyone can find their own spot to relax in when they're not out and about. A huge balcony with sun beds and table look out onto the large terraced garden and beyond to Mont Joly, the Domes de Miage and the Aravis. Following a complete renovation in 2006, the traditional exterior of the chalet has been maintained but hides a contemporary & chic interior. The Chalet sleeps a maximum of 10 people in 5 double or twin bedrooms with either ensuite or private bathroom all with lovely large baths & either integrated shower or shower attachments.

The open plan living/dining area is perfect for relaxing with a lovely wood burning stove and large Sony TV with Sky package including movies. We also have an extensive DVD collection. In the dining area, the specially commissioned oak dining table comfortably seats 10 guests.
All the bedrooms have TV/DVDs & CD players all the mattresses are pocket sprung to help ensure an excellent nights sleep and the handmade beds can be made up as either superking doubles or singles as required prior to your arrival. The impressive Italian kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with 2 Siemens hobs and Ovens, a dishwasher supplied by Siemens and 2 Microwaves. There is also a large American Fridge freezer with ice maker.

There is a wireless broadband network for the Chalet. The Chalet is family friendly with travel cots, high chairs and a baby bath available for guests. There is a large private parking area below the chalet, and a Chamonix Ski Bus pick up point within 200 metres.

Chalet Annabelle is a modern chalet with a traditional local Savoyarde feel and has undergone extensive renovations throughout summer 08.
The guest accommodation is over two floors with a spacious communal area, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The large patio windows, balconies and terrace afford spectacular views of the entire Mont Blanc Massif extending from les Houches to le Tour, taking in le Brévent, les Grand Montets and the breathtaking Aiguille du Midi. The chalet sleeps eleven people comfortably.

Guest accommodation highlights:

We provide daily transfers to the slopes (drop-off/collection to a ski area within the valley in an 8 seater minibus), and can also provide airport transfers (at extra cost). Chalet Chocolat is a beautiful, well equipped alpine chalet, surrounded by the stunning peaks of the Mont Blanc massif which boasts some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the world. The charming town of Chamonix is just a 20 minute walk / 5 minute drive away - you will find a fantastic selection of gourmet restaurants, chic cafes, lively apres ski bars, designer shops and a great indoor swimming pool.

During the winter season we rent our Chalet Chocolat on a self catered basis. Prices include all bed linen and towels. There are 7 x bedrooms in total, however for smaller groups the chalet can be split into two self contained chalet apartments. All bedrooms are ensuite with in-room XBOX 360s and LCD screens. There is an outdoor hot tub & sun terrace. The open plan lounge/dining room has comfy sofas, a wide screen satellite TV, media centre, sound system, Garlando 5000 table football, free wi-fi, a log fire and a large dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hobs, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a heated ski boot room and private off road parking for up to 3 x cars.

Chamonix is just 80 minutes from Geneva airport which is serviced by most of the UK's low cost airlines and is only 9 hours drive from Calais making it one of the closest ski resorts to the UK and therefore ideal for self drives

Boasting 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, The Castle is divided into three separate apartments, allowing groups from 4 to 20 people to have luxury private facilities in central Chamonix. All rooms are twin/doubles, with all but 2 having en suite facilities. The Castle has been refitted with maximum flexibility in mind.
