This fantastic one bedroom apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard and is ideally located in the centre of Morzine, just a 2 minute walk to the Pleney and 5 minute walk to the Super Morzine. The apartment is situated approximately 1 Km from Morzine centre, directly beside the Nyon cablecar which takes you directly into the centre of the Morzine - Les Gets ski area. Access is by well cleared roads, and the apartment has a double garage for use during your stay. The apartment has stunning mountain views looking towards the Pleney and Nyon ski sectors. The apartment is situated in a quiet location, yet is only about a 20 minute walk from the town. The ski bus stops just outside the apartment and there are also plenty of taxis in Morzine if you don't fancy the walk.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people, with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a storage unit surrounding the head of the bed providing ample storage. It also has a small window looking to the rear of the apartment. Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed, which can be used as a permanent bed for smaller parties, or double up as daytime living area during the day for larger parties. There is also plenty of storage space, as well as a front facing window with mountain views. The living area has another sofa bed which can sleep 2 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen area with a dining table and chairs. There is also a large window / door access to the balcony. The balcony faces south-west, and catches plenty of sun in the afternoon. It also has a stunning view across the valley to the mountain forests and the Nyon / Pleney ski slopes. There are seperate toilet and shower rooms.

Our apartment is located in Morzine, 1km from the town centre and 10 metres from the Telepherique de Nyon. Use of this Telepherique avoids queues in Morzine and allows access to the slopes of Nyon, Chamossierre, Le Pleney and Les Gets which have runs for all abilities. Avoriaz, and the rest of the Portes de Soleil ski area, can be reached via the Super Morzine gondola or the Les Prodains cable car, both accessible by free ski bus which stops outside the apartment and also provides a regular free service to the centre of Morzine. At the end of a day on the Nyon slopes you can ski out to within 100 metres of the apartment.

Sleeping 4–6 comfortably, the apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with full-size bunk beds and, in the mezzanine above, a further mattress and base. There is a bath with shower over, a basin and washing–machine in the bathroom and the toilet is separate. Refurbished in 2007 with the bathroom, the kitchen area is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The living area has dining space for 6 with a double sofa bed, TV, DVD, video and mini HiFi. It opens on to a south-west facing balcony with extensive views over a wooded hillside, catching the afternoon sun. There is a separate cave for storing sports equipment and a reserved parking space directly outside.

Morzine is a quintessential alpine town situated mid way between Mont Blanc and Geneva in the northern French Alps. With typical wooden alpine chalets, a host of bars and restaurants and a huge ski area, it's easy to see why so many people fall in love with Morzine.

Morzine is part of the Portes Du Soleil ski area, which links 12 alpine resorts in France and Switzerland, and forms the biggest internationally linked ski area in the world. There is fantastic scope for skiing from beginner to expert, with gentle sloping runs, steep challenging pistes, amazing freeride terrain or a multitude oF snow parks, making Morzine the ideal destination for skies and boarders, groups and families!

The apartment consists of a large entrance hall, a large twin/double room, a large double room, a bathroom, a large open plan living area with Flat screen TV, DVD player and well equipped kitchen. The living room also has access on to a large wrap-a-round balcony with superb views across Morzine. The apartment also benefits from a ski locker, cave and off road parking. The Clair Matin Apartment provides a self catered option for your holiday in Morzine. The modern apartment is situated four minutes from the centre of Morzine and the ski lifts.

The apartment is on one level. It has an open plan kitchen fully equipped with everything you'll need to make some wholesome food after a day on the slopes; a lounge with comfortable seating, a television and DVD player; two double and 1 twin bedroom; a bathroom and a separate toilet. Duvets, pillows, fresh bed linen are all provided for all the bedrooms, along with fluffy white towels and Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom.

The situation couldn’t be better!! At the lower end of the Rue du Bourg, you’re only 100m from the excellent Champion supermarket, 2 doors away from a good boulangerie, and surrounded by a wide choice of bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. For skiing, you can either walk up to the Pleney lifts in 5 minutes, or to the SuperMorzine bubble in 8 minutes, or 1 minute down to the ski bus stop opposite the church. From there, you can catch free ski buses to Les Prodains (for Avoriaz), Nyon or Ardent (for les Lindarets). The apartment is also ideal for self-drivers as there is a lockable garage at ground level.

The 3 bedrooms are off the entrance hall; there are 2 twin bedrooms each with bathroom and WC, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom / WC. There are two stylish porthole windows at this level. Up a flight of stairs from the entrance hall is the kitchen and living space. The kitchen is well equipped with full size oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The dining table seating 6 faces out onto a sunny balcony facing South / South-West. The lounge area has 2 comfortable sofas. Apartment Emma has recently been entirely refitted with brand new furniture and redecorated in attractive pastel colours, and great attention to detail has been paid by the owners in order to make it a comfortable holiday apartment for both winter skiing and summer holidays. There is a boulangerie about 150m from the apartment, and a parking space for one car.

The apartment was built in the 1970's and therefore has enormous windows and plenty of light. The refitted kitchen has washer / dryer, electric oven with 4 rings and grill, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. Opposite the kitchen is the living / dining room, with a beech-effect dining table with 6 chairs, 2 black leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV and video, and stereo; double doors lead out onto the front balcony, which has balcony furniture. The view overlooks lawns and trees, and a lower residential building, to the Super Morzine mountain. A hallway leads to bedroom 2, which has 2 sets of bunk beds (large metal-framed types) and an en suite shower room with hand basin. The main bathroom has a bath, with shower attachment and glass shower door, electric rowel rails. A separate WC is next to it, with a small hand basin. The double bedroom, with coloured wood paneling, has bedside tables, a large pine wardrobe, and doors out onto the balcony.

There is also an extra folding bed and travel cot should they be needed. In the basement there is a large locking boot room with space for skis, boots and mountain bikes.

Situated just 1km from the center of Morzine and 70 meters from the Nyon cable car, this apartment comprises two double bedrooms (one en-suite), a bathroom, living room/kitchen, ski cave and garage. The apartment is extremely well equipped and provides first class accommodation from 4 up to 8 people. It has a ski locker, a cave and a private garage.

Master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and access through double doors to a balcony. Bedroom 2 equipped with two single beds which can be turned to bunk beds. Spare bunks stored in the garage so that the bedroom could be turned into a dormitory for up to 4 children.
Living room has a double sofa bed and a standard sofa. TV video and DVD player and numerous video’s, DVD’s and books. Access to two separate balconies through sliding doors. All rooms offer stunning views. The kitchen and dining areas are equipped for 6 people The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, cooker and microwave as well as a full set of pots, pans and the normal cooking utensils. Furniture and equipment is all brand new.

Two couples or a family of four can use the apartment in its standard form, with a further two people using the sofa bed in the living room. The extra bunk beds were designed so that if two families wanted to use the apartment together then the dormitory could be set up for all the children with the master bedroom and the living room being used by adults.

The apartment has one double bedroom and a family bedroom which will easily accommodate 4 small children or 3 adults. There is adequate room for a further 2 people in the living/dining room on the comfortable sofa bed provided. The separate kitchen comes fully equipped with a vitro-ceramic hob, oven, dish washer, microwave, toaster kettle and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a bath and power shower to remove those aches and pains.

The lounge/dining area is spacious, featuring exposed beam ceilings, three sofas and a large dining table easily seating up to 8 people making this the perfect entertaining space. The lounge also has a DVD player and television with English Sky freeview TV. The apartment comes complete with a private storage area for skis/boots or mountain bikes under the main entrance.

Les Regains is a spacious, warm, comfortable self catered first floor apartment (110m sq) which is ideal for families or small groups. The chalet is situated just off the Route de Thonon, 500m from the Super-Morzine telecabine and the town centre. Ideally for self-caterers, Les Regains is just 2 minutes walk from the well-stocked Ed supermarket. A wide sunny balcony runs the length of the south-facing side of the chalet.

There are three bedrooms (one is ensuite) and a bathroom with bath and separate WC. The master double bedroom has double doors out onto the sunny balcony; overlooking the other side of the chalet there is a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom with ensuite shower, basin and WC. The large L-shaped living/dining room and open plan kitchen all open onto the sunny front balcony with lovely views of the summits of Nyon, Ressachaux and the Dents Blanches in Switzerland. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes full-sized oven & hob, large fridge / freezer, washing machine and dishwasher; cot & high chair are available. The living area has TV / video / DVD, Stereo with radio & CD, and two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a full-size comfortable double bed.

There is a ski and boot storage area downstairs and there is plenty of parking 10m from the front door. There is a free ski bus line (line 'U') which runs in a circuit and stops at the bottom of the lane 50m away.

These three luxury apartments are superbly located – right in the town centre, opposite Morzine church, next to the Dranse river and just a stone’s throw from the supermarket, boulangerie, bars and restaurants. It’s 5 minutes walk up to Pleney, but you can also hop on the “D” bus which runs in a loop round the town centre and stops by the church. Each apartment has a well equipped modern kitchen, parking space and a secure ski & boot locker at ground level.

Apartment D (67 m˛, sleeps 4) is the best of our smaller apartments - ideal for 2 couples or one family. Over two floors, it has an open-plan lounge / dining area / kitchen, with fireplace and balconies on both sides. Upstairs, are the Master bedroom with king-sized bed & ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom with double bed, shower room and WC.

Apartment C (80 m˛, sleeps 6) is a 3-bedroomed apartment on 2 floors - ideal for a large family. The main floor has a lounge with L-shaped leather sofa, decorative fireplace, dining table and a well-equipped modern kitchen. A wide balcony overlooking the river runs the length of the apartment.

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms (a bunk bedroom and two doubles, the larger of which has a smart ensuite shower and WC), all with balconies. The huge main bathroom has bath, overhead shower and WC.

Apartment H (105 m˛, sleeps 8) is a spacious 4-bedroomed apartment on 2 floors - an excellent choice for 4 couples or 2 small families. It has open-plan lounge / dining room with fireplace, cream leather furniture and well-equipped kitchen. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, king size bed and plasma screen TV, while bedroom 2 is a double with an exterior shower room and WC. In the eaves are 2 further bedrooms - a large twin with ensuite shower and WC, and a double with ensuite shower and WC.

Traditional Savoyard chalet/farmhouse dating from 1847 which has been restored and modern amenities installed whilst keeping its character intact. It is situated at an altutude of 800 meters in a tranquil and charming Alpine hamlet midway between Morzine and Thonon-les Bains. From its windows there are panoramic views across to Mount Hermone and as far as the Swiss Jura.

The living area is on three floors and represents as much as 100 square meters of space. The most important room is the large kitchen/lounge on the second floor with original beams, pine-parquet floor, wooden ceilings, white walls and a cosy wood-burning stove. A French window opens onto a balcony for meals outside and sunbathing. The five bedrooms consist of three doubles, a twin and a single. The bathroom contains a bath, shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a shower room with washbasin and WC. Cars can be parked in the small square below the house.

Positioned at the junction of the Morzine and Abondance valleys, this chalet makes a good base from which to access the ski slopes of these two valleys. It should appeal to those who want to enjoy good skiing, but also avoid the high costs and often cramped living conditions provided in the centre of ski resorts.

Les Gets is situated 1 hour and 5 minutes from Geneva, at an altitude of 1172m. One of the 15 resorts of the vast Portes Du Soleil ski area, it is also an extensive ski area in its own right and a truly picture perfect Alpine resort. Chalet Alouette, like its twin next door Chalet Martinet, has an excellent location, situated only 200m from the new high speed Perrieres chairlift. With a choice of a blue or a red run you can ski to within a few minutes walk from the chalet. The main bars, restaurants and shops are a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes on the free ski bus that stops just outside the chalets.

The two chalets have a similar layout, and both sleep 8-10 guests in four en suite bedrooms. Inside each chalet is bright and airy - the open plan dining/sitting room is an exceptionally spacious room with the kitchen & dining area at one end and then lots of comfy sofas surrounding the open log fire at the other end. Floor to ceiling French doors lead out onto the large wooden terrace overlooking the pistes of Les Perrieres and La Turche, which are floodlit at night. Ideal for one party of 8-10, several couples or smaller parties, the 2 chalets can be booked together to accommodate larger groups of 16-20. The wooden terrace at the front joins the chalets making it easy for guests to come and go between them.

Food is a very important part of your chalet holiday, and we take a great deal of pleasure in serving you a great selection of culinary delights. During your stay, we will provide breakfast, afternoon tea and 4 course evening meal served on 6 of the 7 nights, where starters might include Moules Marinieres or Ginger, Chilli and Honey Marinated Tiger Prawns, while main courses could be Roast Leg of Lamb in a Redcurrant & Rosemary Sauce or Duck Breast with a Red Wine and Cranberry Sauce.

A comfortable and affordable, fully equipped chalet, in the beautiful and peaceful Vallee de la Manche area in Morzine. Self-catered, though we can arrange catered if needed. The chalet is 2km from the centre of Morzine, and is right next to a free ski bus stop. Nearest lift is a three minute ride away. Our local representative is on hand for advice on lessons, equipment hire and any other requirements. There are four bedrooms plus twin beds on the mezzanine and two bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. The combined lounge/dining area has an open log fire, with a HiFi system, and WiFi broadband internet access. There is a separate lounge on the mezzanine equipped with TV, DVD, and Freesat. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, fan assisted oven and gas hob. In the basement there is a heated boot room and equipment storage, with access to a washing machine and dryer. Heated garage parking for one car with two exterior parking spaces.

Just five miles from the centre of Morzine, Chalet Juniper is ideally situated to ski and explore the entire Portes du Soleil area. During the winter months enjoy skiing on the un-crowded slopes of La Grande Terche, take the Ardent lift direct to Avoriaz with easy access to Chatel and the Swiss resorts, such as Morgins. Or simply drive or take the free bus into Morzine to enjoy the resorts of Morzine and Les Gets.

The chalet has four bedrooms. Two rooms are fitted with double beds; the third has twin single beds. The family room has a double bed with a single bunk above; there is also a set of bunk beds in this room so it can sleep up to five people. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom. The second double bedroom, situated on the ground floor, has a en-suite shower room. There is a shower room and separate toilet upstairs; there is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The main living area in the chalet has a large reclaimed pine dining table that can easily accommodate 10, along with comfortable leather sofas, reclaimed pine furniture and the latest entertainment system comprising of plasma TV, Sony Playstation, DVD player and stereo system. The chalet also benefits from Sky TV showing the complete range of UK TV and children’s programmes along with free wireless Internet access.

After a hard days skiing, boarding or even walking in the summer relax in the luxury Swedish sauna.

Chalet Serac is situated very close to the town centre but in a quiet spot close to the River Dranse and the Palais des Sports. The latter has a gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Two minutes' walk from the chalet across the river brings you to the free public elevator to the Super-Morzine telecabine station. From there it is five minutes walk to the Pleney lifts (or a quick ride on the free “petit train”) where most beginners would be having their lessons. Just 2 minutes’ walk in the other direction you have bars, restaurants and the main Carrefour supermarket.

The chalet was completely renovated internally in the summer of 2009 to a very high standard. In addition to a new roof & velux in the triple bedroom, all the doors and windows have been replaced; a new underfloor heating system has been installed, together with a new electric water heating system. The most exciting change though is that the lounge and dining area is now all open-plan, with a much larger, brand new kitchen, with a double oven and 5-ring hob. The chalet has 5 bedrooms in total - one double with ensuite bath & wc, 1 double, 2 twins and 1 triple with single beds; there are two further (shared) bathrooms.

Chalet Serac is available to rent on sole occupancy only, either as a self-catered chalet (in which case bedlinen and 2 towels per person are included in the rate), as a fully catered, or part-catered chalet. If booked fully catered, we provide a hearty breakfast, freshly baked afternoon tea, and a delicious 3-course dinner with unlimited wines selected by us. Your rooms will be tidied daily and bathrooms, WCs will all be cleaned. Chalet “Les 2 Vallées” is a traditional Alpine chalet which can sleep up to 12 guests. The ski chalet has 6 twin / double bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. Chalet Timide is a beautifully furnished 5 bedroom catered ski chalet, located just 400m from Chatel village centre and the nearest lifts. Good skiers can ski off piste to the rear of the Chalet from Super Chatel. The Chalet boasts fantastic views across the valley which can be enjoyed from one of the many balconies, or from the hot tub with a glass of bubbly! The Chalet is perfect for a completely stress free catered ski holiday. The chalet offers 5 very spacious bedrooms, sleeping a total of 12 people, and four bathrooms. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes and lovely soft furnishings, equipped with fluffy towels, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. The two master bedrooms are extra spacious with large en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi bath and opens onto a private balcony. Some of the bedrooms are large enough to accommodate an extra bed if required. Chalet Simplet is perfectly situated just 400m from Chatel village centre between the beautiful Lake and the village. The Chalet boasts fantastic views across the valley which can be enjoyed from one of the many balconies, or from the hot tub with a glass of bubbly! The nearest ski lift "Super Chatel" is in the village centre just 5 minutes walk away, however to save the effort of any walking at all, we have a minibus on hand and will happily take you to and from the slopes everyday. If you are a good skier then it is possible to ski from Super Chatel, off piste, to the rear of the chalet.

Brown Bear Lodge is built of old style timber and local stone, with solid oak floors in the bedrooms and natural stone in the bathrooms and main living area. The Rasera is genuinely one of the best places to stay in Morzine. Whether your priority is comfortable accommodation, proximity to the lifts or central location, Chalet Rasera is just perfect. Right in the centre of the town, yet on a quiet side street, set in a large garden with plentiful car parking and garage. The Pleney slopes, the French, International and British ski schools are all just a snowball’s throw away, while the Super-Morzine lift is just 5 minutes' walk from the chalet.
