The apartment is situated approximately 1 Km from Morzine centre, directly beside the Nyon cablecar which takes you directly into the centre of the Morzine - Les Gets ski area. Access is by well cleared roads, and the apartment has a double garage for use during your stay. The apartment has stunning mountain views looking towards the Pleney and Nyon ski sectors. The apartment is situated in a quiet location, yet is only about a 20 minute walk from the town. The ski bus stops just outside the apartment and there are also plenty of taxis in Morzine if you don't fancy the walk.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people, with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a storage unit surrounding the head of the bed providing ample storage. It also has a small window looking to the rear of the apartment. Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed, which can be used as a permanent bed for smaller parties, or double up as daytime living area during the day for larger parties. There is also plenty of storage space, as well as a front facing window with mountain views. St. Jean d'Aulps (810m) is a small mountain village surrounded by beautiful scenery, with its own ski station known as 'La Grande Terche', which is only 5 minutes from the chalet. The local ski area is linked to Bellevaux which covers 21 miles, with 16 pistes ranging from 900m to 1800m - ideal for beginners, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. If you really want more, then it is only 10 minute drive to the Morzine/Avoriaz sking areas, linking into 650kms of the massive and fabulous Portes du Soleil ski area.

This luxury self catering chalet has been built to an extremely high standard, and is very well equipped inside and out. On the ground floor is the large contemporary lounge with comfy sofas, open log fire, widescreen TV, Sky and international satellites, DVD(hd) recorder, HI-FI, video, P.C. with 24 hr ADSL/WI-FI Internet access and four French doors leading onto the extra large balcony. Apartment Emma has recently been entirely refitted with brand new furniture and redecorated in attractive pastel colours, and great attention to detail has been paid by the owners in order to make it a comfortable holiday apartment for both winter skiing and summer holidays. There is a boulangerie about 150m from the apartment, and a parking space for one car.

The apartment was built in the 1970's and therefore has enormous windows and plenty of light. The refitted kitchen has washer / dryer, electric oven with 4 rings and grill, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. Opposite the kitchen is the living / dining room, with a beech-effect dining table with 6 chairs, 2 black leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV and video, and stereo; double doors lead out onto the front balcony, which has balcony furniture. The view overlooks lawns and trees, and a lower residential building, to the Super Morzine mountain. A hallway leads to bedroom 2, which has 2 sets of bunk beds (large metal-framed types) and an en suite shower room with hand basin.

The main bathroom has a bath, with shower attachment and glass shower door, electric rowel rails. A separate WC is next to it, with a small hand basin. The double bedroom, with coloured wood paneling, has bedside tables, a large pine wardrobe, and doors out onto the balcony. There is also an extra folding bed and travel cot should they be needed. These two self catered apartments are located in Morzine on the Route de La Plagne, only 400m from the Super Morzine lift and the centre of Morzine. The free ski bus stops 20m from the door for direct access to the Super Morzine and Pleney lift stations. The apartments are part of a traditional Morzine Chalet and have both been re-furbished to a high standard this summer. They will contain all you need to have an enjoyable self-catered holiday.

Apartment 1 (Sleeps 4/6) is located on the first floor with a large balcony with views of the Pleney piste. These two brand new luxury 5 Star apartments are located on the second floor of a small apartment block in the most central position in Morzine, and just 100m from the ski lifts. There is a secure underground garage for 1 car per apartment, and further underground parking available at a small charge. There is also ski/board storage. Included in the rental cost are pillows, duvets, bed linen and bath towels for the number booked and mid-weekly cleans if required. Bathmat and hand towel for the bathrooms are also supplied.

Traditional Savoyard chalet/farmhouse dating from 1847 which has been restored and modern amenities installed whilst keeping its character intact. It is situated at an altutude of 800 meters in a tranquil and charming Alpine hamlet midway between Morzine and Thonon-les Bains. From its windows there are panoramic views across to Mount Hermone and as far as the Swiss Jura.

The living area is on three floors and represents as much as 100 square meters of space. The most important room is the large kitchen/lounge on the second floor with original beams, pine-parquet floor, wooden ceilings, white walls and a cosy wood-burning stove. A French window opens onto a balcony for meals outside and sunbathing. The five bedrooms consist of three doubles, a twin and a single. The bathroom contains a bath, shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a shower room with washbasin and WC. Cars can be parked in the small square below the house.

Positioned at the junction of the Morzine and Abondance valleys, this chalet makes a good base from which to access the ski slopes of these two valleys. It should appeal to those who want to enjoy good skiing, but also avoid the high costs and often cramped living conditions provided in the centre of ski resorts.

Les Gets is situated 1 hour and 5 minutes from Geneva, at an altitude of 1172m. One of the 15 resorts of the vast Portes Du Soleil ski area, it is also an extensive ski area in its own right and a truly picture perfect Alpine resort. Chalet Alouette, like its twin next door Chalet Martinet, was brand new for 2004-5 season and has an excellent location, situated only 200m from the new high speed Perrieres chairlift. With a choice of a blue or a red run you can ski to within a few minutes walk from the chalet. The main bars, restaurants and shops are a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes on the free ski bus that stops just outside the chalets.

The two chalets have a similar layout, and both sleep 8-10 guests in four en suite bedrooms. Inside each chalet is bright and airy - the open plan dining/sitting room is an exceptionally spacious room with the kitchen and dining area at one end and then lots of comfy sofas surrounding the open log fire at the other end; TV and DVD are provided for the kids. Floor to ceiling French doors lead out onto the large wooden terrace which overlooks the pistes of Les Perrieres and La Turche, which are floodlit at night. Ideal for one party of 8-10, several couples or smaller parties, the 2 chalets can be booked together to accommodate larger groups of 16-20. The wooden terrace at the front joins the chalets making it easy for guests to come and go between them.

Food is a very important part of your chalet holiday, and we take a great deal of pride and pleasure in serving you a great selection of culinary delights. Amelie is a traditional cosy wooden chalet based in Morzine/Avoriaz, which will sleep up to 13 people in 4 Bedroooms plus a mezzanine. There is a large open plan dining room and lounge area with Log Fire and patio doors out on to the terrace and garden. There are 2 bathrooms and a Hot Tub. The chalet is situated in the small hamlet of Prodains – an ideal location, just 200m from the Prodains Telecabine which takes you quickly up to Avoriaz. Chalet Orgueil is located in the Savoyarde village of Essert Romand, five minutes from the centre of Morzine and less than ten minutes from Les Gets. The chalet was built in 2006 by Charlie and Rosie Journeaux, and is contemporary, spacious, and beautifully appointed in a "boutique" style. The guest accommodation is on the first and second floors of the chalet, which has fantastic 360 degree mountain views.

All five bedrooms are ensuite with both bath and shower, and are furnished with silk dupion curtains and cushions. The family suite on the first floor has a double bed and integral bunk room. On the second floor, two bedrooms can be arranged as twin or double beds, and two bedrooms can be arranged as three singles or a double and single bed. In total the chalet can accommodate up to 14 if children are included in the party, or 10/11 adults comfortably.

The main reception area, with wood-burning stove, has widescreen TV with Sky, DVD player, selection of DVDs, and Nintendo Wii. The large south-facing balcony has stunning views towards Avoriaz. Chalet Lou Bochons is an amazing 200-year-old traditional Savoyard farmhouse, which has been converted into a very unique chalet. Many of the original features still exist including original log fires, stone flag floors and wooden beamed ceilings. The chalet even has it’s own spring water supply!

These features are combined with modern bedroom & bathroom facilities to provide very spacious accommodation not normally found in a traditional ski chalet. SKY TV, Hi-fi’s, Table Football etc are also available for use. Located just 5mins from Morzine town centre, you can even ski to the nearest ski lift, though a complimentary pick-up / drop-off service also runs to the local lift of your choice.

Owned and run by Chris & Allie, who provide a very relaxed personal service giving a ‘home from home' atmosphere, guests receive a 4-course meal as well as afternoon tea & Allie’s famous homemade cakes. Brand new for winter 07/08, La Ferme d'Elie was originally an old farm house, which has been restored to a very high standard making it a beautiful luxury Alpine retreat. The Chalet has great views of the surrounding mountains; a 15 minute walk will take you in to the centre of Morzine or you could take 5 minute walk in to Montriond. We offer a complementary mini bus service to and from the lifts every day. Also there is a free ski bus that takes you into Morzine or to Ardent.

On entering the Chalet there’s a great feeling of space and warmth, many of the originally features have been retained. A large impressive open plan sitting dinning room with south facing balcony and open fire provide guests with a traditional Alpine environment to relax and unwind. There’s a wide screen TV, Sky, DVD player, IPOD station, XBOX, Nintendo WII, internet access also a large selections of books and board games for all to enjoy. There’s a sauna for relaxing in after a hard day on the mountain. The chalet has 5 ensuite bedrooms - two double/twins with south facing balcony and three with double/twin bed plus single bed. A mezzanine looks over the living area, creating a quiet spot to relax, an area for children to play or as an extension of the fifth bedroom making it a large family room sleeping another two people.
