Chalet Marie Stuart, privately owned and run by Caroline Morgan, who is a qualified chef, is a wonderfully warm and homely chalet nestled in Le Petit Saix, a hamlet about 800m from the attractive, historic village of Samoens - ideally situated mid-way between the Grand Massif and Vercland lifts. A traditional Savoyard chalet which was completely refurbished in 2004. You can be sure of a warm welcome, with every effort being put into making your holiday a wonderful experience.

The chalet has six ensuite bedrooms with super-king size beds - 5 of these can be arranged as twins if required, and two of the bedrooms can take an extra single bed for larger groups. The warm, comfy and spacious sitting/dining room has an impressive log burning fire, where you can relax with an aperitif and canapés before enjoying a gourmet dinner, and whiling away the rest of the evening in the company of your fellow guests. On the ground floor there is also a Games and exercise room, together with the Sauna suite, equipped with a shower and WC.

Your catered chalet holiday includes accommodation, breakfast - as sumptuous or frugal as you wish, afternoon tea, pre-dinner aperitif, and a gourmet dinner with wine and liqueur, other than on Wednesday, which is the chef's night off. This will give you the opportunity to sample one of the excellent restaurants in the village. When available, the whole chalet can also be rented for full weeks on a self-catered basis.
