There is full central
heating plus underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom
so the apartment will be warm and cosy even on the coldest
winter weekend.
Decorated
to the highest standard, the large comfortable sitting room
has a flat screen TV with Bose surround sound and hi-fi,
DVD, sky, low voltage lighting, works of art and custom
made furniture. The dining room has a large stylish oak
table and 6 leather chairs.
The
well-equipped kitchen has every amenity (gas hob, oven,
washing machine, dishwasher) oak cupboards, granite worktops,
slate floor with under-floor heating and a breakfast bar
with a view of the beach.
Outside
there is a large sunny terrace with a table and 4
chairs for meals, also overlooking the beach.

Upstairs
there are 2 luxurious double bedrooms with wonderful views
of the town and beach. They have custom-made King or Super-King
beds, fitted wardrobes, plenty of storage space and low
voltage lighting. The shower room has natural limestone
walls and floor (with under-floor heating), power shower,
heated towel rail and the best view in the house.
A
small private garage for off-street parking can be made
available 100 yards from the apartment, subject to a small
extra charge.
Regrettably
we do not accept pets and this is a strictly no smoking
property.We also feel that this property is not suitable
for children.
