There
is full central heating plus underfloor heating in the kitchen
and bathroom so the apartment will be warm and cosy even
on the coldest winter weekend.
Decorated
to the highest standard, the large comfortable sitting room
has a flat screen TV with Bose surround sound and hi-fi,
DVD, sky, low voltage lighting, works of art and custom
made furniture. The dining room has a large stylish oak
table and 6 leather chairs.

well-equipped kitchen has every amenity (gas hob,
oven, washing machine, dishwasher) oak cupboards,
granite worktops, slate floor with under-floor heating
and a breakfast bar with a view of the beach. |

Outside
there is a large sunny terrace with a table and 4
chairs for meals, also overlooking the beach.

Upstairs
there are 2 luxurious double bedrooms with wonderful views
of the town and beach. They have custom-made King or Super-King
beds, fitted wardrobes, plenty of storage space and low
voltage lighting. The shower room has natural limestone
walls and floor (with under-floor heating), power shower,
heated towel rail and the best view in the house.
Regrettably
we do not accept pets and this is a strictly no smoking
property.We also feel that this property is not suitable
for children.

Aldeburgh
is famous for its culture – with art galleries, poetry
and literary weekends and its music festival held in June
each year. It is also close to a number of nature reserves
and bird sanctuaries for wonderful walks.
The
town of Aldeburgh itself remains unspoilt and appeals to
those who enjoy healthy, outdoor pursuits such as sailing,
golf and tennis as well as browsing in our antique shops
and eating in the many fine restaurants and cafes.
