With stunning sea views, this detached cottage is extremely spacious and tastefully appointed. It has 3 bedrooms and is great for families but it is also ideal for couples. 4* rating.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with breakfast table, halogen electric cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and microwave.
The large living room with stunning sea views across the Irish Sea, has 3 settees, TV, CD player, DVD player wifi & open fire.
New sunroom installed 2018 with wonderful sea views, a relaxing place for your morning cuppa or a refreshing glass of wine of an evening to soak up the view and the lovely sunset.
The extremely light and airy dining room is open to the rafters, with attractive dining table and patio doors opening onto a large deck / patio, with ample outdoor seating if you fancy eating al fresco! The principal bedroom on the ground floor is again very spacious, with a quality en-suite, King size bed and its own TV.
There is also family bathroom on the ground floor with full sized bath with shower over.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one double, one twin). The double has extensive sea views and there is also a toilet room.

2 person discount available off peak for couples using the ground floor only where the king size en-suite bedroom is situated along with all your other needs and there is still plenty of space.

Externally there is parking for 3 cars and a large lawned garden leads to the terraced seating area where there are stunning sea view towards Strumble Head.

Located half way between St. Davids and Fishguard in the hamlet of Penparc on the St. Davids Peninsula, this non-smoking cottage is close to the centre of the best stretch of the Pemokeshire coast - that part that is north east of St Davids. Situated within the protected Pemokeshire Coast National Park, is has extensive sea views from the good sized garden laid almost exclusively to lawn, and in particular stunning views of the cliffs around Strumble Head. One mile down a quiet country lane from the cottage and hamlet is the acclaimed and bustling village of Trefin, situated on clifftops between the famous harbours of Porthgain and Abercastle. Trefin has its own cove on the edge of the village at Aberflyn, with numerous rock pools in this small sand and shingle beach which is surrounded on three sides by rugged cliffs.

Pemokeshire is home to the only National Park in the UK with a coastline, a stunning coastline with rugged cliffs, sandy beaches (41 with Blue Flag awards), coves and pretty harbours alike. The coastal path stretches for 186 miles from Amroth in the south to Poppit Sands in the north, a path extremely popular with walkers of all capabilities. St Davids is the smallest city in Britain, where the majestic St Davids Cathedral sits and is a site to behold. Pemokeshire has something for everyone from sitting relaxing to getting out there for coasteering, walking, horse riding or whatever takes your fancy!

Penparc is a small hamlet situated along a small quiet road off the A487 between St Davids and Fishguard. The local village of Trefin is approximately 2 miles and the local cove is home to the famous well at Aberfelin where wheat was milled for 500 years for the surrounding population. The village sits on the Pemokeshire coastal path with it's stunning scenery and rugged cliffs. There are 2 pubs and a shop at the local garage for all your necessary provisions.

Discounts can be arranged for 2 person occupancy, based on using ground floor only where king size en-suite is situated.
For a 2 week stay, please deduct 20 per week from prices shown, assuming that no cleaning or laundry is required during stay.
Short breaks available from November to March (excluding Christmas and New Year).
Dogs are permitted for which we charge 10.00 per dog.
