Molly's Den is a lovely self-catering hideaway for 2 people. Perfectly located in the Norfolk village of Roydon, a mile from Royal Sandringham estate, adjacent to Norfolk Wildlife Trust's Roydon Common National Nature Reserve, Norfolk.

Fabulous for visiting nearby Castle Rising castle, RSPB Snettisham, Wolferton, Houghton Hall, Historic King's Lynn and the North Norfolk coast. The pretty Georgian town on Holt is only a short drive away.

Molly’s Den offers private, relaxing, open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. Oak floor, cosy leather sofas, flat-screen TV with Freeview, blu-ray DVD, CD player, great selection of DVDs, free WIFI and much more. Professionally cleaned and prepared after every visitor.

Roomy bedroom, thick hand-made mattresses, locally-made wrought iron beds, fresh white Egyptian cotton linen, towels. No pets.

We always leave a generous welcome pack, including fresh bread, butter, milk, biscuits, tea & coffee.

We’'re completely flexible with bookings - a Norfolk short break, weekend, full week or longer all year round.

This is a perfect base for bird watching, walking the famous Pedders Way or cycling. This part of Norfolk offers hundreds of miles of quiet country lanes which we cycle every week. See deer, marsh harriers, grass snakes, lizards and even adders. This is a real wildlife haven.

Or just enjoy one of the many, quiet country pubs locally. Many offer excellent food. Congham Hall, only a 10min walk away, has a superb, high-quality menu.
